Delegate project ownership

As delegated project owner, homework is no longer your adviser, but becomes the sole interlocutor and the representative of your project. We will assume the role of project owner for you: selection of suitable contractors, elaboration and signature of contracts, preparation and supervision of the building works, technical control of the execution, the financial and administrative management of the project and ongoing interaction with the various persons involved in the project.
You would delegate entirely or partially your responsibilities to homework, while obviously keeping the right to have the final say and to inspect the construction site.
