Advise in renovation :

As your advisor in renovation, homework will direct you and assist you at every step. We will not take decisions in your place, but will translate your needs into a project which is technically realistic and within a defined budget. Our tasks will include :

  • Listening to your vision of the project and identifying your needs
  • Analysing the constraints and the requirements of the project
  • Assessing the feasibility of the project in all its aspects: organizational, budgetary, technical planning and timing
  • Defining the various posts which the project entails
  • Providing a budgetary estimation of the works
  • Giving assistance and advice in the choice of suitable contractors
  • The guarantee to coordinate and pilot your project during all its realization
  • Supervising and accepting completion of the works carried out by the various contractors
